I’ve had the pleasure of using Junk It for a couple of occasions over the last few years. I appreciate the web site and the ease of booking appointments. I’ve used both the Full Service and Self Service options over the years, and have never been disappointed. The Full Service was amazing. I didn’t realize how much wood there would be when I was removing an old deck. I called Junk It – and they showed up an hour later, and took it all away.

Booking the dumpsters online is easy as well as convenient.

One interesting scenario did arise. I had to park in the street in the morning – and received a parking ticket for being in the street for over 3 hrs. I mistakenly thought the pickup times were confined to 7am-9am – as opposed to 7am-9pm. I email John @ JunkIt, and they promptly credited me for the $15 ticket, even though it was my mistake for parking in the street. It is actions like this, that will always have me coming back as a customer.

I think you guys are great. Your guys came in and took care of everything. They were so polite and so nice. They did the job and they were very clean as well. I’ve let my neighbours know that they will not be disappointed by using JuNK iT! Can’t say much more! You fellows are so darn good!

Junk It is an amazing group of people. Each and every time I have contacted them, they have showed up on time and with a great personality. My company de-clutters, organizes, and renovates. I have either called on Junk It to pick up clutter from a client’s home on a specific day or a bin has been dropped for me to fill and have removed at a later date. De-Clutter2clean is all about the environment. The great feature about Junk It is once they remove your unwanted clutter it is then taken to be sorted and recycled. De-Clutter2clean has been using Junk It for the pass five (5) years and will continue to use them as my sort for removing my client’s clutter. Great job!

I was referred to JuNK-iT by a very good friend. I used their services at my home during a move. The thing that I found amazing with JuNK-iT was how friendly the booking and on-site staff were. A huge contrast to a lot of other junk removal and Bin companies. The pricing was up front, and accessible, no hidden costs! I was so impressed with my at home services that I used them at my workplace for yard clean-up on more than one occasion. On every visit the crew were always polite, and fast! Even the billing and invoicing was as quoted….what more could I ask. I would and do recommend them to anyone needed Junk removal.

Moves can be very stressful with the discovery of owning more stuff than I can possibly fit into my new place. But with the two teams of guys that I used over the 2 bookings, they made it easier. I discovered after load 1, that I still had more stuff to dispose of. (Be prepared to discover the same thing)Neither team complained about the weight or awkwardness that came w disposing of the large furniture I had accumulated.

Team 2 discovered I needed a 3rd truck and we developed a plan to get the third pick up completed that day!

I would recommend Junk it! to anybody who was looking for disposal.
